Do I need a paypal account to order? No, at the end of checkout, you will be given the option to pay via paypal, credit card, or echeck (echeck payments will delay your order approximately 5 days to allow time for your check to clear).
NEVER SEND US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL or REGULAR MAIL! We will never ask for your financial information, we use paypal as a secure method of payment....we never see your creidt card / financial information. We do not process credit cards. All credit payments must go through paypal.
How do I customize my order? Choose your item and seat style and order as normal through our secure online checkout system. If you would like to have us adjust the pouch size, send us an email after ordering with your specific instructions. The MP pouch can be made 1/4" smaller or deeper at no extra charge. The MPX can be made up to 1/2 inch smaller or up to 1-1/2 inches deeper at no extra charge. The PRO can be enlarged to the PRO PLUS pouch at no extra charge. If you need other customizations we will be happy to accomodate you if possible. We will send you an email confirming the alterations before your item is produced.
Can I make changes to my order? Yes, you are able to cancel or change your order at any time, up until your items are sent to production. Once an item is sent into production no cancellations or changes are allowed. The time frame to make changes will vary based upon our current work load and production schedule. At any time you may contact us to check the status of your order.
When will I recieve my order? Our items are custom made upon demand. Please allow up to 7 business days to complete your order. On occaision, your item may ship within 24 hours. Domestic customers will receive a notification from Paypal Shipping once their items are prepared for shipment. International customers will recieve an email from sales@muscleskins.com after their items are actually shipped. Items prepared for shipment before noon EST will ship the same day, orders prepared for shipment after noon EST will ship the following day. Please note that delivery times are only estimates, actual delivery will depend upon location and the shipping service you select. I have not received my order. If your item has not been delivered in a reasonable time frame, please contact us. We will attempt to help you locate your order by initiating a trace at the originating post office. Items lost or damaged in transit will be refunded as per USPS standard policy if you have selected EXPRESS or PRIORITY Mail ONLY. Standard shipped items are uninsured and can not be replaced/refunded if lost in transit!
Can Iupgrade shipping on an order that was previously placed? Yes, we will be happy to upgrade your shipping at any time up until your order has been shipped.
It has been 7 days and I have not received notification of shipment. Please make sure you are able to receive emails from service@paypal.com. All customers are automatically notified by paypal when orders are shipped.
Can I get my order RUSHED? If you need your items quickly, let us know. If we are able, we will attempt to RUSH your order through our production process. An additional charge may apply.
Can I place a mail order? We do accept mail orders payable by CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to HYP7 Inc. DO NOT send payment until you recieve an Order Ticket generated by us. All mail orders are shipped via PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL, standard First Class shipping is not available for mail orders. Please allow time for your payment to reach us and your check to clear (we recommend money order). Your order is not scheduled into production until payment has been received and cleared. Contact us to place a mail order.
