How to order online.

• Return to our homepage.
• Click on the image that most represents your desired suit.
• You will then be taken to the specific product page where you will build your suit.  Base price is listed on this page for each item.
• Build your suit by selecting size, pouch width, and seat style.  Type in your COLOR selection.
• Once you have completed ordering your items, click on the VIEW CART button located at the top of the pages.  You do not need a paypal account to order!  If you prefer to pay with your credit card or echeck, click on the button to the LEFT of the "paypal" log in.  NEVER send us your credit card information via email!

• All items are shown with the standard pouches in a standard Medium on a 32" waist.
  

Our Products.
All items are custom built upon demand.  Please allow up to 7 business days for us to produce and ship your order.  If you need it faster, please email us.  If we can expedite your order, we will definitely try.  Our items are designed to fit snugly!  If you are unsure, always order a size larger.  All standard nylon/lycra fabrics have the same fabric content.  However, some colors stretch more than others, thus producing a better fit.  Saddle and Black stretch less than our other fabrics.  We recommend ordering items in these fabrics one size larger.  All suits are unlined and some fabrics may become sheer when wet.

Custom Options

• Our standard pouch options are our most popular and are designed to fit "the average guy". The standard pouch is the same regardless of waist size.
  
• Our seats are designed to be very low.  If you prefer a higher seat, contact us.  Or, you may simply type "+1"SH" under custom instructions.  This means "add one inch to seat height".
• If you require more custom options, let us know!

Return Policy
All sales are final.  All items are custom made to your specifications and can not be resold or returned.  If you have any questions, please ask before ordering.  We will gladly help you make your best decisions.  If your item is defective, please let us know.  We will ask you to return defective merchandise for replacement.  We will only replace the item as originally ordered, changes are not permitted.

Shipping and Insurance (IMPORTANT!)

• We recommend insuring your order if your order value is below $100US.  If your merchandise total (before S/H) is greater than $100US, we insure it to most countries automatically.  Please see if your country is listed under our SHIPPING tab for more details.
• If your order is not insured, it can not be refunded or replaced if lost in transit!
• The optional insurance is $4.00 regardless of order value or shipping location.  If you add the optional insurance, ONLY select ONE unit!
• Express Mail is always insured, regardless of value or destination.
• International Economy Shipping CAN NOT BE TRACKED!  Items lost in transit are rare, but it does happen.  If your order is not delivered, let us know.  But, there is usually nothing we can do about it.  Only Express Mail deliveries can be tracked online.  We do not recommend Economy Shipping for International orders.  Select it at your own risk.  If you do select Economy Shipping, we recommend that you add the optional shipping insurance.
• If you live in Russia, France, or South Africa, we suggest using Express Mail or at least insuring your order!  These countries have a higher incidence of items lost in transit (or stolen in customs).

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

• Orders within the USA:  Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number from service@paypal.com.  If you have not received this information within 7 business days of ordering, please check your JUNK MAIL folder.  If you still can't find it, contact us!
• International Orders:  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notice of shipment from service@paypal.com.  If you selected Express Mail, you will be issued a tracking number that you may use to track your order at www.usps.com.  If you selected Priority Mail, you will be issued a valid tracking number, but it is not functional for online tracking.  If you selected Economy Shipment, you will receive a non-functioning tracking number generated by HYP7/Mucleskins.  This ONLY represents the date that we prepared your order for shipment.  A "tracking number" of 031210 indicates that your order was shipped on March 12, 2010.  If your order was insured, you will receive a tracking number such as "031210-97646".  This indicates the date your order was shipped, and your insurance number.
  

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Orders shipped within the USA:  Most orders are delivered within the USPS's listed time frame of 3-5 business days.
• International Orders:  Delivery time depends upon destination and should only be used as a general reference.  Expect 7 - 14 days to most locations with Priority Mail and Economy shipments.  Shipments to rural locations usually require additional time.  Due to situations beyond the control of the USPS, ship times may be extended.  We have noticed that European shipments have been taking up to 45 days for Economy shipments in January and February of 2010!

What do I do if I have not received my order within 45 days?

• If you did not select the optional shipping insurance and your order value is below $100, please let us know so that we have better information for our customers.  But, there is nothing we can do.  Next time, we sincerely suggest insuring your order.  Shipments within the USA may initiate a claim with the USPS using their tracking number. 
  
• If you did select the optional shipping insurance or your merchandise total exceeded $100 and was shipped to one of the countries listed under our shipping tab, please let us know so that we may initiate a claim for you.  Our insurer will only accept claims for non-delivery 45 days after the initial ship date.  International customers will be required to email us a signed document stating that their delivery was not received.
