RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Federal law prohibits the sale of used swimwear/underwear items.  Muscleskins items are custom made on demand, uniquely designed to fit the customer. 

We value our customers and strive to develop long term relationships with customers who appreciate our unique service.  The majority of our items are custom made and can not be re-sold even if unworn by the customer due to our willingness to customize items to fit the individual. 

Inspect your items IMMEDIATELY upon receipt!  If you have any quality concerns you must contact us via email within 72 hours of delivery confirmation . We will gladly exchange any defective merchandise at no cost. No adjustments will be made after 72 hours of delivery.

MUSCLESKINS STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

• 100% replacement of defective merchandise within 72 hours of delivery
• 75% exchange credit toward SAME ITEM/COLOR in a different size. Additional shipping charges of $2/item may apply.
• 50% "No questions asked" refund.  (You must contact us via email within 72 hours of delivery)

EXCEPTIONS

• Some  NON-SWIM/UNDERWEAR items in our online store offer 100% customer satisfaction guarantees which superceeds our standard return/exchange policy.  These items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund (less S/H) within 72 hours of delivery for US customers, or for INTERNATIONAL customers who have opted for Federal Express delivery.  Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanged items.
• FIRST TIME BUYERS:  If you are new to our unique MUSCLESKINS/HYPERION service/products, please contact us about special allowances for you to try our items at no risk.  We are confident that you will be pleased with our products and occaisionally offer 100% guarantees on a case by case basis to first time buyers.  In order to qualify for this "guarantee"  you must contact us BEFORE ordering and take advantage of our free "personal shopper consultation" to insure your best fit possible.  No special allowances may be made after your order is placed.
• Complete custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Choosing the PLUS/MINUS pouch option voids all exchange/return policies, except for our quality guarantee.  Different fabrics fit differently, please feel free to ask for our suggestions before choosing this option on fabrics/styles you are unfamiliar with.
