ORDER PROCESSING / SHIPPING  / INSURANCE

ORDER PROCESSING:  Muscleskins/Hyperion standard office hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST, closed on Postal Holidays.  Orders placed after 5pm EST on Friday will be processed on Monday.  In order to provide the widest range of service and products, most orders are custom manufactured upon demand.  Some orders may ship the same day; however, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.  If your order is "time sensitive", please feel free to contact us before ordering for an estimated ship date.  RUSH orders may be available and may require an additional fee based upon availability.  If your order is not complete and ready for shipment within 7 business days, you have the option of cancelling any incomplete items and we will ship COMPLETED items immediately.  Incomplete items will be refunded.

EXPRESS and PRIORITY deliveries are rushed through production whenever possible.  However, please be prepared to wait up to 7 days for your order to ship regardless of the shipping method selected!  We are always happy to give you an estimated ship date before ordering.

SHIPPING (DOMESTIC) 

STANDARD shipping for all USA deliveries is via USPS First Class Mail.  All items are discretely packaged and addressed from HYP-7 Inc.  Items ship from Atlanta, GA.  Domestic deliveries generally take 2-5 business days.  This is only an estimate based upon the USPS shipping schedule  Delivery times may vary upon location.  All domestic customers will recieve an email generated by paypal shipping once your order is complete and has been prepared for shipment, please make sure your email address is set up to allow emails from service@paypal.com!  We can no longer be held responsible for items lost in the mail.  We use the USPS because it is the most economical and preferred method for the majority of our customers.  However, they are not perfect!  Frequently, tracking information is not available for your delivery until the package reaches your local post office. 

First Class Mail shipping is uninsured and can not be replaced if lost.

PRIORITY and EXPRESS Mail are available at checkout.  All PRIORITY and EXPRESS deliveries are INSURED at no extra cost to you.  Please note that your order may still take up to 7 days production time!  However, every effort is made to complete EXPRESS and PRIORITY orders ASAP!  Shipping costs are estimated.  If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid at checkout, we will contact you to discuss options.

SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL)

All items are discretely shipped.  We offer two types of shipping via the USPS.  STANDARD INTERNATIONAL and EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL.  

STANDARD  is shipped via First Class AirMail with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 weeks.  This method is UNINSURED.  Items lost in transit/customs can not be replaced/refunded.  We ship worldwide with minimal problems, but they do occur on occassion.  If you live in RUSSIA, FRANCE, SOUTH AFRICA, or anywhere on the ARABIAN PENINSULA, we strongly suggest using EXPRESS MAIL due to the frequency of shipments being "lost" in customs to these areas.  Northern Europe and Australia are rarely a problem.

EXPRESS MAIL is shipped via USPS.  Delivery time is estimated between 3 and 8 days depending on your location.  EXPRESS MAIL is insured.  EXPRESS delivery charges are estimated at checkout....if actual delivery charges exceed your shipping paid, we will contact you to discuss options.
