Shipping Information

All orders are discretely shipped from HYP7, Atlanta, GA USA via USPS. HYP7/Muscleskins assumes no liability for shipments lost/damaged in transit, please read the information below carefully regarding insurance of your shipment. Customs requires that we include a description of contents for international shipments. All shipments will be listed as "men's clothing". International shipments may incur additional duties or import taxes and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 7 business days to produce your order before shipping.

All orders of $100 or more (before S/H) are shipped via insured mail to most locations. If your order value is below $100 you may purchase optional insurance at the bottom of this page.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification along with your tracking number from service@paypal.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure! We can not replace lost merchandise due to shipping. If your items are insured you will be issued a shipping refund from the insurer in accordance with USPS policies. (www.usps.com)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification from service@paypal.com. Economy shipments will recieve a 6 digit date code in lieu of a tracking number. This only indicates the date we shipped your items. For example, an order shipped on August 10, 2009 will generate a tracking number of 081009. This is not a functioning tracking number, it is only a notification of when your items were shipped. The USPS can not track items in foreign mail services. Priority Mail shipments will receive an actual USPS generated tracking number, but it is not trackable online. Only Express Mail shipments will receive a functioning on-line tracking number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure! We can not replace lost merchandise lost/stolen in customs or transit. If your items are insured you will be issued a refund from the insurer in accordance with U-Pic policies. (http://delta.u-pic.com/Claims/OnlineClaimsWelcome.aspx). All Express Mail shipments are insured regardless of location. Actual claim amount may be affected by International Postal Agreements. HYP7 automatically insures all shipments on orders in value of $100 or more to the following countries: United States, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Eire, El Salvador, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britian, Greenland, Guatemala, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Phillipines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Samoa, Scotland, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Venuzuela, Wales.
