All items are hand-made in the United States with great care.

Custom products will be created and shipped within 14 days. Stock designs will be produced and shipped within 7 days. Orders that contain both stock and custom items will be shipped within 14 days. Various shipping options will be available to you at checkout for regular or fast shipping times.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide.

If production of your custom suit order has not yet started:

• We can cancel your order and issue you a 100% store credit or refund minus a 5% Administrative Fee.
• You can submit a new order if desired.

Once production has started on a custom item, no changes or cancelations are allowed for that item.

• Production of all or part of your order may begin IMMEDIATELY after we receive it, so please make sure your order is accurate before submitting it.
• Once an item is cut, no changes or cancelations are allowed.

Exceptions, suggestions, and additional fees:

• We will accommodate change or cancelation requests whenever possible on the parts or your order that have not yet been cut.  But the terms listed above will apply.
• If your requested changes incur additional fees, we will send you an invoice for the additional charges including an additional $5.00 administrative surcharge per invoice (not per item). Once this invoice is paid, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.  Your order will be placed on HOLD until this invoice is paid.
• If your requested changes result in a lower cost due to a change in fabric, seat style, or side-width, the initial funds are not refundable.  Only item cancelations will be refunded as described above.
• If you need to make any changes to your order, please be specific in your email as to what changes are requested to avoid additional delays.  ANY permittable changes may extend production time up to 2 weeks.
• If requesting a cancelation, please let us know in your initial email if you want a 100% full store credit, or 95% refund to the original method of payment.
