I bought a Torpedo/Straps/standard size “L”/2cm sides/matte neon orange. I am 6’3″, 180#, 33” girth.
The Torpedo is (as is well known by Muscleskins afficionados) not for the faint of heart. It makes a bold statement in anything other than total darkness (and try a BLACKLIGHT on these bright “neon” colors!). Considering all the wacky apparel in the world, it seems about time for men to wear custom/bespoke swim and accent wear that confronts the taboos of body shame and objectification, and what is appropriate for our gender, sexual orientation, or social status. It just so happens that Muscleskins articles directly serve this interest with favorable measures in both comfort and cost! The taboos (evidenced by women wearing strings and men wearing board shorts, as you see on a typical beach day) may be as good as broken if we are bold enough to render Muscleskins’ art on our bodies.
They are very well designed and crafted; I tend to be a “grower” not a “shower” but when I put on [Torpedo OR Poser], my body simply relaxes into filling it up. Not sure how else to describe it, but it is a very good experience. As exciting as it is, I’m not talking about sexual arousal – more like the design of the pouch and its specific elasticity having the capability of acting like a soft ring and enhancing my relaxed prominence. Very cool.
The Torpedo allows your goods to remain in an essentially unrestricted position (both comfortable and visibly prominent), while offering legal compliance for coverage (unless perhaps you wear a light color and get it wet in an area or locale requiring “opaque coverage”). Do consider manscaping to make your appearance be well-conceived (while the shape of a penis definitely belongs on the front of a human male, revealing PART of a bush can look a bit cheesy/sleazy).
The Straps seat version takes it another amazing step further; it is like a really skinny and sexy jockstrap with just enough ‘seat’ material to give it solid garment integrity. Whereas the Thong reveals your glutes but retains just enough coverage to conceal your orifice, the Straps seat “frames” in a border but otherwise reveals your entire dark side to the degree that your body position provides. Like with many things in life, this suggests some responsibility. If you bend over (even a little), others will definitely have access to a view of your anus, and whatever you may have stuck in it… Your mileage may vary. Bottom line, the word “SEAT” is like a vestigal holdover to other Muscleskins styles. I have looked a bit and as far as I know you will not find its equal anywhere else.
My “Torpedo/Straps” suit is just about the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen called men’s swimwear. I have just gotten it and it fits amazingly, but I have not worn it “out” yet. I am fairly confident it will work where I live since thongs are legal and the only coverage stipulation is for “genitals”, the definition thereof not including “anus”. Too bad it’s New Hampshire, where our “showing and growing” seasons are woefully short.
